Workpower Incorporated is one of Western Australia’s leading community organisations, providing a range of support services and programs for people with disability, people with mental illness, and their families and carers. Workpower offers services across the metropolitan area and in Mandurah.
Workpower is clearly focused on providing two broad streams of service:
Employment
People may choose from one of the many different employment services that best suits their needs and aspirations:
- Supported employment through social firms; Workpower Qualipac, EMS, Workpower Asset, Workpower Media and

The provision of (supported) employment assistance services to people with disabilities is funded by the Australian Government under the Disability Employment Assistance Program.
Community Services
Through Workpower Community Support and Respite, people may choose from a suite of services that will meet the needs of themselves and their family.
- Alternatives to Employment and Post School Options programs.
- Respite, school holiday and breaks away programs.
