Description: Genus – Bolboschoenus. Species – caldwelii.
Bolboschoenus caldwellii is a dense, grass like sedge with long, thin foliage. Brown flower clusters form in the upper foliage resembling the head of a club. This plant flowers from August to december or January to March. Brackish water, frost and flooding are tolerated.
