Are you looking for support during the school holidays?
Our School Holiday Program is designed for children and young people with disability, autism, and mental illness, aged 7 – 17. We can provide parents, families, and carers the support they need during this busy period.
This program runs from 25th September – 5th October and is jam-packed with tons of recreational, educational, and engaging activities, including:
- farm animal day
- art, craft, and DIY workshops
- trampolining, bowling, laser tag, movies, and lots more!
Participants have the opportunity to try new experiences, develop skills, and grow lasting friendships. And our experienced team are ready to support you and your child at every step.
We have three flexible programs operating in the Perth, South West (FULLY BOOKED), and Mandurah region.
Places are limited!
Registration closes on Thursday 30th August 2018, so make sure you get in fast!
Due to limited places, priority will be given to families with existing funding which can be from either the Department of Communities (DoC) or NDIS. However, if you weren’t able to secure a spot this time, you will be placed on a waiting list for the next School Holiday Program in January.
Please note that no services will be available on the Monday 24th September as it is a public holiday. Additionally, a reminder that our South West program is split into two separate programs for Mandurah and Medina. Our North and South Perth programs have merged into one Perth program.
