In the past few months, our Property Services team in Midvale have been working as hard as ever. Even COVID-19 restrictions did not stop us providing high quality garden and property maintenance services to our customers.
Over the years our employees have built a great relationship with the businesses and people we work with. Here’s what some of them had to say about our hardworking team.
Partnering with MSWA
The most recent feedback received was from one of our clients, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Western Australia (MSWA).
We were first asked to do a once-off clean up of their head office in Belmont. But after seeing the quality of our work we were requested for another, and then another… And now we provide ongoing maintenance for six MSWA properties!
Property Services Supervisor Kevin recently had a meeting with staff from the MSWA.
“I received plenty of positive feedback to share about our employees. The staff were extremely pleased by our level of professionalism, the high standard of work, and that we always worked in a happy and friendly manner.”

It’s always great to hear feedback from our customers, to know how we’re doing, and if we can improve our services.
After a resident’s site clean up we received a message that said:

We also received a call from a happy customer who wanted to let us know how much they appreciated our work.
