Registrations for next year’s School Holiday Program closes this Friday! We have some spots remaining, so get in quick and get your plans for the summer school holidays sorted. We share great feedback from our last program and some changes to the schedule and activities for 2019.
Our January program will run for two weeks Monday to Friday from the 14th – 18th and 21st – 25th. As always we have a jam-packed schedule of exciting and engaging activities for the children to enjoy. This includes going to the movies, the Simulation Centre, and plenty of arts and craft. New additions, like seeing wild animals for the first time with conservation company Critters Up Close, have also been a hit.
But the best part about this program is the one-on-one support we provide to children and families.
Support for the whole family
After a hugely successful September-October program, we received some fantastic feedback from the families of those we supported. One mother was especially grateful for the support her daughter received, which allowed her to spend quality time with her newborn baby.
I’m really happy with the program and the support staff who went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was safe and well looked after.
Another family member mentioned that their child would come home from the program full of joy, and was happy that her child’s needs were being understood and met.
We greatly value all feedback, as our programs are designed to fit the needs of those we support and their families and carers. Not only is it critical to engage the children, but it’s important for families and carers to have a break too. Being a carer is not any easy task, and we know that: that’s why our supports are customised and flexible, in case anything comes up.
Developing and learning
With every program we aim to include new activities that offer a variety of experiences. We’re here to support our children as they try things they might be afraid of or never think they could do. It’s important that they have the space to explore and push themselves in a safe and encouraging environment. And in turn, they build lasting relationships with the other children and support staff.
Another way that we provide quality supports is through individualised supports. If there are interests that your child would like to pursue, like visiting the library or trying a new sports club, then we can help them do that. It’s also a good opportunity to further develop their skills and hobbies.

Book your places!
We still have places left in our three programs run from the Perth, South West, and Mandurah regions, but they won’t last! Make sure to register your interest before Friday.
