With over 16 years experience working in call centre, administrative, and customers service roles, Jonathan is a highly qualified addition to any workplace. His recent role as a Call Centre Compliance Officer for the Department of Human Services required in-depth knowledge of policy and the ability to adapt to changes in workflow and the DHS system.
Jonathan is now looking for a part-time or full-time position in an administrative, customer service, call centre, or data entry role in the South Metro area. He’s available all days and can start immediately.
Jonathan possesses a strong administrative skillset which includes:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Software
- Experience with Softphone Call Centre Software
- Desktop publishing skills
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management
- Ability to manage appointments, schedules, and deadlines
Alongside established workplace experience, he holds a Certificate IV in Advanced Office Administration and training in occupational health and safety.
Jonathan also has reliable transport to and from work and is best suited to fixed workstation roles. He doesn’t require any workplace adjustments.
Throughout the years, he’s dealt with many difficult customer complaints and stressful situations. But as a confident customer service provider, he managed them effectively with professionalism and a great attitude!
