School & School Leavers

Some parents may experience uncertainty when their child is getting ready to leave school. We’re here to help you make that next step.

We learn about the individual’s abilities, needs, and experiences to help you decide where to begin. Our simple process will help you focus on your priorities, whether it’s employment, education, or experience.

Our aim is to explore your dreams and interests with you and provide the support needed to reach your goals. We also support your family and carers to help you, and explore various options to determine what suits you.

We can support you in a number of areas, including:

  • Self-care and management
  • Transport and getting your driver’s licence
  • Resume writing and applying for jobs
  • Support with work experience or an part-time job
