Our customers and the people we support have always been the heart of our organisation, and your views are important to us. To ensure that we continue to provide the highest quality service possible, we’d love to hear your feedback in an upcoming Quality Evaluation.
This is your chance to let us know how we’re doing so far, what’s going well, and what could be improved.
If you’re currently receiving services and supports from us, you are invited to take part in the audit.
An independent review
This evaluation is conducted by the Department of Communities (DoC) through the appointment of a Quality Evaluation team, which is independent of both Workpower and the DoC. They would love to hear from you about your experience with us and how we’re supporting you to achieve your goals.
This is your opportunity to get involved and actively shape the future of disability supports. Your feedback will help us improve and continue to create more opportunities for people with disability, their families, and carers across WA. It’s also your chance to share with us any highlights you have and what you like about our supports.
The audit process
We’ll share information on our customers and the supports we deliver with the Quality Evaluation team, who will select a random sample for review. They’ll then contact the individuals involved via phone or email to get feedback on the services they’ve received.
Any information we provide is shared securely, and is not shared with any parties aside from the Quality Evaluation team.
Be assured that participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time during evaluation. All information provided to the Quality Evaluation team is confidential and any feedback given will remain anonymous. For anonymity, you can contact Terri Phillips directly on 0430 882 275.
If you do not wish to participate this year please send us an email here by Wednesday 23rd July 2019.
