Introducing: Courageous Kathy!

At Workpower Busselton, one team member stands out with undeniable style and skill… It’s none other than Courageous Kathy!

Outnumbered but never outmatched, as one of only four women on site, Kathy is no stranger to holding her own amongst her male colleagues.

Kathy leads the team in de-labelling and cleaning wine bottles for re-labeling. She also manages confidential document shredding for local Busselton businesses. Both unique services keep the site’s business flowing.

As Kathy approaches an impressive 24 years of service, she knows her role like the back of her hand and she’s always ready to show the guys how it’s done!

With her effortlessly cool confidence and vibrant personality, Kathy’s presence is never unnoticed at the site. Her Employment Coach, April, says “Kathy’s superpower would have to be that she’s the noisiest one in the whole workshop!”

April then added that Kathy’s superpower is her ability to lead and support her team, ensuring everyone feels cared for.
