Community Services
Our disability community support services are designed to support people with disability to participate within their communities, achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
We offer community and social participation programs, help build daily living skills, and help parents and schools navigate the NDIS. We provide these services from our hubs in Tamala Park, Malaga, Middle Swan, Bayswater, Bentley, Mandurah, Kalgoorlie and the wider community.
