Introducing Serene Sean!

Introducing Workpower Busselton’s gentle giant, Serene Sean!

Workpower Busselton is always pumping with energy! The team is never short of banter, laughter, and great music to get them through their busy workloads.

Amongst the lively atmosphere is Sean, who brings his calm and steady presence to the Busselton buzz and has a smile as big as his stature!

With almost 18 years of service, Sean is a much-loved team member. His superpower, though some might call it being bossy, is his natural ability to delegate tasks among his colleagues. Sean’s leadership skills ensure that the busy site runs smoothly.

Every week, Sean teams up with his Employment Coach, Manny, on a mission known as ‘The Bin Run.’ The duo is responsible for picking up and swapping out wheelie bins for local businesses, making sure that confidential shredding is handled securely and efficiently. After the paper is shredded at Busselton’s site, Sean and Manny take the shredded paper to a local Busselton farm.

Gentle giant, Sean, is the “muscle man” of the operation. He handles all the heavy lifting with ease, on top of managing the logistics of collecting and delivering confidential bins.

When he isn’t on ‘The Bin Run’, Sean de-labels and cleans wine bottles for re-labelling. This service only operates at Workpower Busselton and keeps the site’s business flowing.

"Working makes me feel good about myself," Sean shared.

Some of his favourite things about coming to work are being with his friends, listening to music, and singing along while they tackle their tasks.
