Introducing Captain Kadin!

A little bit about Kadin Dimer – Workpower Kalgoorlie’s success story!

Kadin is a member of the Property Care team at Workpower Kalgoorlie. His role involves various tasks, from outdoor gardening jobs to cleaning duties. Kadin skillfully operates tools such as cutters, whipper snippers, mowers, leaf blowers, and sprayers to maintain customers’ outdoor spaces.

When asked about his favourite aspect of the job, Kadin simply replied, “Lots.”

He takes pride in working hard, finding joy in working alongside his friends, engaging in conversation, and earning a wage.

 “Work is good here; I’ve made friends and get to help people,” Kadin shared.

Employment Support Coach, Haylee Soloman, has the privilege of mentoring Kaidin. Reflecting on her proudest achievement, Haylee pointed to Kadin’s incredible growth. “Kadin was shy and wouldn’t really talk at first, and now he is second in charge and teaches the boys lots of things. His confidence is just amazing, and it has been great to watch him grow.”

Witnessing Kadin’s transformation from his initial days at Workpower is genuinely remarkable. From a reserved and shy individual, Kadin has not only had an increase in confidence but has also ascended to a leadership role as second in charge to Haylee, becoming a mentor to his colleagues.

His Workpower journey reflects a testament to personal growth and a fantastic achievement within the team.
