Introducing: Jason The Conqueror

Meet Jason, a Workpower legend who has been part of our Malaga team since 1992!

You read that right: Jason is one of Malaga Packaging and Warehousing’s first employees and proudly celebrated 30 years at Workpower in 2022.

For Jason, work isn’t just a routine; it’s a passion that spans four days a week. His role involves packing inventory, and he has a particular fondness for the intricate task of sealing containers that he’s packed, ready to move on to the next box.

One of the highlights for Jason was the chance to pack show bags for the 2023 Perth Royal Show, an experience that brought him immense joy!

Jason thrives on the variety of tasks at work, with group activities being a standout favourite because he gets to work alongside his life-long friends.

Eden, Jason’s Support Coach, shares her love for working alongside Jason and his team.

“What I enjoy most is the people; we have a great team, and the people I get to support are just fantastic. It’s always an enjoyable day, and every day is a little bit different.”

The positive energy and camaraderie at Workpower Malaga contribute to a vibrant and enjoyable work environment for everyone.
