Bunnings Garden Bed Donation Supports Workpower’s Commitment to Community Growth

Alongside Workpower employees, Bunnings planted donated plants and garden beds

Workpower extends its heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated team at Bunnings Mindarie for their generous contribution of garden beds to our recently acquired community hub at Tamala Park House.

In a collaborative effort, the Bunnings team joined forces with Workpower's Community Managers and customers to cultivate a shared vision. Together, they planted the generously donated plants and garden beds, shaping a flourishing vegetable patch and fragrant herb garden at the heart of the soon-to-be-opened community hub.

The Bunnings donation will undoubtedly enhance the vibrancy and functionality of the new space, enabling the Community Coaches to create an even more welcoming and productive environment for our customers.

Driven by a fervent commitment to sustainable living, Workpower has created the new community hub as a sanctuary of opportunity. Within this innovative space, individuals with disabilities will be empowered to acquire vital life and employment skills, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and self-sufficiency.

The new garden beds are poised to impart valuable lessons in gardening and culinary arts.

Through this initiative, our valued customers will gain the skills and knowledge needed to foster greater independence in their daily lives, a testament to our unwavering commitment to their personal growth and empowerment.

Once again, thank you, Bunnings Mindarie, for being an instrumental partner in our mission to create a brighter future for all.
