Introducing: The Incredible Jess!

Jess coordinates her team with professionalism and a splash of fun and laughter, earning her stripes as a true team leader extraordinaire!

Jess’s journey with Workpower began after her school days when her mum introduced her to the incredible opportunities here. Starting at Osborne Park for work experience, Jess found her way to our Malaga Packaging and Warehousing team, where she now plays a pivotal role as team leader.

As a daily taskmaster, Jess watches the team, especially when her supervisor, Eden, is away. Eden praises Jess, saying,

“Jess is my right hand; she is really good at it! She keeps an eye on the dispatch.”

Jess’s role extends to quality controls, ensuring everything is impeccable for dispatch. Eden adds, “Jess is great at helping the team, and she is really funny. She’s always making everyone laugh!”

This year brought new challenges and triumphs for Jess. She led her team in assembling, packaging, and dispatching the Camelbak water bottles and Sqwinchers Zero sachets. Her adaptability and willingness to embrace change make her a standout team member.

When asked about her favourite part of the day, Jess beams, “Seeing my supervisor every time I come here and seeing my friends. My boyfriend works here too, so I get to see him.”
