Phoebe’s Journey through Workpower’s Launchpad Program

Workpower customer, Phoebe, has grown and developed new skills since joining Workpower’s Launchpad Program at our Bentley site.

Engaging with the program for three months, she has worked alongside her support coach Maria. Together, they’ve explored a variety of tasks that have helped Phoebe develop her skills and prepare her for the next steps in her career journey.

Phoebe has been hands-on with headset refurbishing, cutlery packing, and labelling products for our commercial clients. Broadening her experience across different roles, Phoebe has had the opportunity to run Workpower Bentley’s kiosk and to try her hand at administrative tasks. Phoebe has also completed fundamental training, including safety protocols, code of conduct material, and specific task training.

Thanks to her hard work and dedication throughout Workpower’s Launchpad Program, Phoebe has been offered a position at Workpower Bentley.

Phoebe will begin her employment in mid-September after completing the program.

Phoebe’s journey is an example of the opportunities available through Workpower’s Programs, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for her as she continues to grow at Workpower Bentley.
