With a decade of dedication under his belt, Blake’s journey with us began straight out of school, thanks to our School Leavers Program. Over the years, Blake’s skills have blossomed as a Horticultural Worker. From mastering tools like the blower and the pallet jack to making deliveries in our trusty truck, Blake has become a pro at plant care and his knowledge of plant species has truly flourished!

James is a local superhero who juggles his role at Workpower with his entrepreneurial business. Working attentively in the Kalgoorlie property care team, James performs various tasks, including mowing lawns and paths, hedging, and applying plant poison. James takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces using tools such as a lawn mower, hedger, and spray pack.
Introducing… Marvellous Milly!
Milly is a superhero in our Recycling team! She works at two of our Recycling Centres, at Tamala Park and Balcatta. Her role is to ensure that recycled items are prepared for re-sale at our Reuse Shops and waste products are processed for recycling.
